X8 Wall-Base: Modular Power & Compute Specification

1. The "Plug-and-Pod" Architecture

The X8 Base has been redesigned to accommodate three primary mounting states:

  • Direct Wall Integration: Integrated high-voltage AC-to-DC prongs on the rear panel. The base sits flush against the wall outlet.

  • Desktop Dock: A modular cable adapter for users who prefer the base on a traditional desk.

  • Modular Pass-through: The prongs are retractable or detachable, allowing the unit to lock into specialized "X-Wall" rail systems.

2. Core Components

A. The Power Module (The Foundation)

  • Dual-Phase Inverter: Converts wall AC directly into high-frequency pulses for the internal magnetic rotor.

  • Thermal Isolation: A 2mm aerospace-grade ceramic shield between the power prongs and the logic board to prevent heat transfer from the wall.

B. The X8 Hub Interface (The Top Deck)

  • Magnetic Coupling Ring: 24-point neodymium array for locking modules.

  • Wireless Data Bridge: Uses short-range induction to communicate with the Heater/AC modules without exposed pins.

3. The Functional Layering

  1. Base + Wall: High-efficiency Power Hub.

  2. Base + Wall + Heater Module: The "Wall-Fire" configuration—instant radiant heat from the outlet.

  3. Base + Wall + AC Module: The "Ice-Plug"—localized climate control.

  4. Base + Wall + Mini-PC Module: A floating workstation.

4. Safety Protocols

  • Gravity Lock: The MXT array provides a magnetic counter-force to ensure the weight of the attached Mini-PC doesn't pull the prongs out of the wall.

  • Auto-Kill Switch: If the X8 Base detects more than 3 degrees of tilt, power to the MXTs is cut to prevent arcing.
